Refund policy

At SBE Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality hair extensions, wigs, and custom units. Due to the bespoke and hygienic nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are only considered where a product is received in a genuinely faulty or defective condition.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@sbehair.co.uk.

Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

If our team confirms the product is faulty, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.

If no fault is validated, the product will be returned to you, and no replacement will be issued.

 

For a faulty item to qualify for return or exchange:

The unit must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

The hair must not be brushed, combed, washed, cut, coloured/bleached, heat-styled, or otherwise altered.

Any signs of tampering (including odour, rips, tears, heat damage, or other modifications) will void eligibility.

All returns must be sent via tracked delivery at the customer’s expense.

 

Custom-made units are unique and tailored to each client, and therefore non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

Before dispatch, we may provide a final preview, invoice confirmation, or tracking details. Once approved by the customer, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.

 

If you refuse delivery of an order, you will be issued store credit equal to the product price minus shipping costs.

 

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once a parcel is marked as delivered and signed for by the courier, liability transfers to the customer.

SBE Hair is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

 

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

We take fraudulent claims very seriously. In the event of a chargeback following a completed and confirmed delivery, SBE Hair will provide the payment provider with full supporting evidence, including:

Courier tracking and delivery confirmation

Order invoices and product details

Photographic or video proof of the custom unit

Copies of communications (email, WhatsApp, etc.)

A copy of this Refund Policy, which was accepted at checkout

If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to:

Report your details to fraud prevention databases and relevant authorities

Pursue recovery of the product’s value, including legal and administrative fees
