Shipping Policy

At SBE Hair, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you securely and on time. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard Service: Free delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Processing time is 1–3 working days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Units: Processing time is 10–19 working days before dispatch. Standard delivery times (2–5 working days) apply once shipped.
  • Tracking: A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • Signature on Delivery: All wig and bundle orders require a signature. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a delivery note.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Courier Service: All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Cost: £28 flat rate. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Processing time is 1–3 working days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 working days.
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Units: Processing time is 10–19 working days before dispatch. Once shipped, the above delivery times apply.
  • Tracking: You will receive a dispatch email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied in their country. Policies vary by destination, and SBE Hair / Ennyblac Limited is not responsible for these charges.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

  • Style changes may be requested within 24 hours of payment. Any price differences will be settled before production begins.
  • Before dispatch, we may send a final preview, invoice confirmation, or tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once approved by the customer, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.
  • Custom-made units are unique, cannot be resold, and therefore fall under a no-cancellation, no-refund policy.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Once your parcel has been marked as delivered and signed for by the courier, liability transfers to the customer.
  • SBE Hair is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement after confirmed delivery.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
  • All units are shipped via tracked delivery for your protection.
