What is a Raw hair?

Raw hair is an unprocessed human hair that has not been chemically treated, dyed, or altered in any way. It is collected directly from single donors, often in its natural state, preserving the cuticles and maintaining the hair's original texture and quality. Raw hair comes in 3 natural textures: Wavy, Straight, and Curly. Since raw hair is in its most natural state each bundle is unique which means no two bundles are exactly the same. The differences in bundles are not noticeable enough for the hair to not blend.
How is Raw hair different from virgin and synthetic mixed hair?

Compared to raw human hair, Virgin and mixed hair in contrast are steam-treated to produce varying textures. Virgin hair has typically undergone chemical processing to provide a specific colour and texture. this kind of hair does not survive as long.
Can my bundles be colored?

Yes! Our raw hair can be colored and bleached at any level. Although, we suggest you consult with a professional. And also, please keep in mind color and bleach can alter the curl/ wave pattern of the hair.
What's the difference between a custom wig and a ready-to-wear wig?

Custom wig is tailored specifically to an individual's measurements, style preferences, and hair texture, offering a personalized fit and look. Ready-to-wear wig comes pre-made and is designed to fit a range of head sizes (Small, Medium, Large)
This is my first wig, should i get a frontal or closure ?

We highly recommend closure units for a beginner unit. Closure units are less maintenance and easier to apply and maintain than a frontal units.
How long will my bundles / wig unit last?

There is no expiration date on our raw hair. You determine how long your hair will last by the way you care for your hair. Keep in mind that excessive heat and coloring will minimize the natural state of the hair.
How many bundles do I need?

For lengths 12-14 you will need 2-3 bundles. For lengths longer than 16 inches you will need 3 to 4 bundles depending on how full you would like your hair. Each bundles weighs 3.5 ounces (100g). Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide! However customer may be responsible for import fees/duties depending on the country.

Processing is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order. Shipping is the amount of time it takes the shipping courier to ship and deliver your order.
